Has anyone read the book "Education of a Wandering Man, by Louis L’Amour?
I f I ever wanted instill the love and wisdom or reading books to someone, I would recommend they read this book.

Didn’t Louis L’amor write cowboy novels? Are am I thinking of someone else? What is the general plot of this novel. I am one of those odd people who will read anything, so if it sounds good I might pick it up.

The book is a memoir by author.
 
You can’t “make” some like reading. You can “encourage” it, however. As a child, it was cheap entertainment…bookmobile every 2 weeks.

I will try to find it and read it. Can it be found at the library… I mean is is popular enough to be found there?
