Can anyone recommend a good book that explains the mass?

Would strongly recommend Mike Aquilina’s Understanding The Mass. It’s a short but very concise book and it helped me understand the Mass so much more when I was in RCIA and it is laid out in a question ans answer format, which I really liked!

God bless!

“The Holy Mass” by Dom Prosper Gueranger. A Catholic classic.

In addition to the above books, here’s one that gives a good biblical background of the Holy Mass:

*A Biblical Walk Through the Mass * by Edward Sri.

There’s also a talk literally called “The Mass Explained” by Father Larry Richards. I think you can download it from the Mary Foundation’s website.

The Lamb’s Supper would be my go to book source.
