A federal judge affirmed on Friday that the government cannot single out any creed for official favor at the expense of all others.

Another left wing commentator who knows little about the Church and doesn’t care.

Factually correct (the judge did decide as noted); liberally standing on the dock while the boat sails off.
 
The government can’t single out any religion for favor but apparently according to Obama and his cronies they can single out any religion for discrimination. The HHS Contraceptive Mandate is a perfect example of this.
