It is good to see our Pontiff directly attack the great heresy of Pluralism. Pluralism has been plaguing the ranks of the faithful for too long. People seem to be upset over Pope Benedict XVI’s reiteration of Orthodox teaching. Jews claim to be the one true faith, and so do Muslims. The Catholic Church has the FULLNESS of Truth. It is Christ’s Church on earth. You either follow Him or you are against Him. Further, remember what Christ said about the Lukewarm. Christians outside the true faith are lukewarm and not responding to Christ. For He calls us all to His church. Those who are enemies to Christ’s Bride are enemies of Christ. Those who are enemies of Christ’s mother are enemies of Him. I sure would not want to anger Jesus our God in such a way as to attack His Mother (Mary) and His Bride (The Catholic Church). It is the duty of our shepherd on earth, representative of Christ, Pope Benedict XVI to remind Christ’s sheep of the true teachings. He would be held accountable if he had knowingly not reminded the flock of the Eternal Truth. So thanks be to God for His loyal servant, and thanks be to God for so graciously establishing His Church on Earth. The Catholic Church.

This reminds me of a point Hillaire Belloc made to good effect:

The Catholic Church has been under constant attack since its inception because it is not of this world, but of the next.

We know it is the true Church of Christ for this very reason.

It is good to see the Pope hold the torch aloft.

There are those who will hate him for it, but they would hate him regardless.
 
The Pope was 100% correct!

If the Pope had posted here under another name–how many of you would say that he was “Uncharitable”?

How many would say that he was filled with “hatred for our Protestant brothers”?

How many would say that he was a “Fundamentalist”?

How many would try to get someone with such unecumenical views silenced?

Many say they support the pope but turn around and oppose people who have his views!

Satan works from outside the church and from within.

If we truely do love our fellow Catholics and our fellow separated Protestant bretheren

We will solidly keep proclaiming the truth of the faith of the Catholic church

so that people who are not members of real churches but only mere communities that are defective as the pope said

That they will come to know the true Catholic Church!

Does the Fact of there only being one True Catholic Church offend you?

It doesn’t offend the pope! He proclaims it!

Thanks be to God for giving us His sheperd on Earth to guide our Catholic Church!
