Does anyone know… how many years (centuries) before the time of Our Lord, did the Prophet Isaiah live? I’m just curious.

I’m sure someone here knows. Thanks in advance and God bless. 🙂

Isaiah lived around 750-700 BC.

Of course, many Scripture scholars speak in terms on First Isaiah (ca. 700 BC; Isaiah 1-39) and Second Isaiah (ca. 550 BC; Isaiah 40-66). Others divide Second Isaiah still further into Second Isaiah (Isaiah 40-55) and Third Isaiah (ca. 520 BC; Isaiah 56-66). Some divide Isaiah still further, but they’re not the mainstream.
