If this is a backdoor question about accepting what the Catechismn says about ALL Salvation being through the CC and the some non-catholic Christians MAY qualify by virtue of a Common Baptism and our mutual belief in the Blessed Trinity; then YES we MUST BELIEVE what your calling "ALL."=Zhenia;8086624]Here is something I need to straighten out: Does the Roman Catholic Church teach that a Catholic is bound under pain of mortal sin to accept WHATEVER the Church leaders teach, even if it goes against what Catholics always believed in the past?
***Neither Catholic Doctrine or Dogma are changeable in there BASE teaching. But Mother Church is alive [and well thank you
Now hundreds of years later; the church GUIDED by the HS [Jn.14:16-17 and Jn.17: 15-19and Mt. 16:19 and John 20:19-21] all affirm BOTH Her RIGHT and Mandate to do so.
And this Teaching having VERY Precise requirements is not an assurence but only a REAL Possibility to those who have NEVER had the opportunity to hear and therefore the choice to accept Ctholic beliefs and the TRUTH, and become Catholics.
God Bless you,
Pat***
