"The questions" confession

Hi friends,

I’m helping a friend to make their first confession before Easter (adult), and I remember reading here about a priest who would ask a few questions to sorta guide them through the the process. Does anyone know what the questions are? I know we base our confessions on the Ten Commandments, but I was hoping to find this list of questions to give him a starting point. I thought it was in Father Z’s blog but I can’t find it. It wasn’t an examination of conscience. I have that, this was a list of questions the priest would ask during confession to help guide a person.

I believe Fr. Larry Richards has a list of questions he asks during confession, but I don’t know if you can find it online.

Use the search bar, under ‘Contrition’ for two PDF files. Two pop up, Contrition: the Golden Key of Paradise (Key to Heaven) and Perfect Contrition. There are others listed under Pamphlets, sacraments category.
