There was nothing good about the Roe decision. It created a Constitutional right out of thin air (a penumbra), it opened the door to other equally atrocious inventions, and it created the cage fight atmosphere for the replacement of justices. It has corrupted not just the Court but Congress as well. All in all it was a disastrous decision.
