Yes. This is a foundational teaching of Christianity. From Scripture as well as throughout our doctrine.

CCC 1043 Sacred Scripture calls this mysterious renewal, which will transform humanity and the world, “new heavens and a new earth.” It will be the definitive realization of God’s plan to bring under a single head "all things in [Christ], things in heaven and things on earth."
 
I just can’t imagine being in Heaven, I can’t imagine getting there either.
 
Then you can understand, at least partially, Heaven. Heaven is the state of loving and being loved by God, without interferences, from Eternity.

To worship and love God everlastingly, that is Heaven.
 
Well…the reality is we are all going to die one day.
After that theres 3 places you can go to…i really hope you aim for heaven.
