I am putting together a Bible Study for High School age students on the seven deadly sins and the virtues that combat them. I want to include a section on a saint for each virtue, but really need some help determining which saints to choose. I want to make sure it is relatable to High Schoolers and also speak about their struggle with the vice a little.

Here are the seven deadly sins and the virtues and some potential Saints I was thinking of:
Pride – Humility – St. Joseph
Envy – Admiration – ? (Maybe St. Michael)
Anger – Patience – St. Maximilian Kolbe
Sloth – Zeal – ? (Maybe Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati)
Avarice – Generosity – ? (Maybe St. Francis of Assisi)
Gluttony – Temperance – ? (Maybe St. Augustine)
Lust – Chastity – St. Maria Goretti

I am open to any suggestions! I am just trying to give them examples of virtue lived out and hopefully more recent saints so they can see that God is still calling people holiness.

Thank you for the help!

Blessed Chiara Badano (1971-1990) for Anger/Patience. She chose to suffer her illness with patience and a good spirit, instead of with anger and resentment.
Although not a saint, she would be very relatable to high schoolers.

I can tell you the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit that destroy the Seven Deadly Sins.(This according to St.Bonaventure writing on Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit

Fear of the Lord destroys Pride - (My opinions - St.Francis of Asissi)
Piety destroys Envy (St.Pius X)
Knowledge destroys Anger (St.Thomas Aquinas)
Fortitude destroys Sloth (St.Paul?)
Counsel destroys Avarice (St. John Vianney)
Understanding destroys Gluttony (St.John of the Cross or St.Teresa of Avila)
Wisdom destroys Lust (St. Maria Goretti)
