The saying, "in Jesus and Mary"

Hello all, I’ve run across this saying several times, but I´m not sure what it means.

Does the saying “In Jesus and Mary” refer specifically to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary? Or just their connection in general? Does anyone know where the saying originated?

I always thought it was “In Jesus through Mary” but now that I look at it I really don’t know what it means.

It’s To Jesus through Mary. It means you’re praying to Jesus and asking Our Lady to intercede.

Thanks to all who’ve replied. I am aware of the saying, “Jesus through Mary,” and I understand what that means. I have however also run across the saying, “in Jesus and Mary” and I was curious about the meaning.

For instance, in some cases it is used as a greeting, “Dear sisters and brothers in Jesus and Mary,” and some time in closing, such as, “peace, in Jesus and Mary” or “united in Jesus and Mary.” I suppose it’s possible those who use the saying might be mean, “Jesus through Mary,” but have expressed it incorrectly.

People like "fancy up " a greeting.
“Peace”, is a great start.
