***I am watching now…are you? :o It’s sooooo beautiful! I love our Pope. DD watched a part of it with me, when it came to our Pope washing the priests’ feet, I became weepy.😦 My dd said, ‘why do people get sad, when we all know Jesus will rise again. I understand why people were sad back then, that’s because Jesus hadn’t risen yet.’ I explained that Jesus leaves behind great lessons in humility by the washing of His Disciples’ feet…so, we are to follow likewise. It is interesting how kids interpret things. I said, when you are older, you will become weepy at the awesomeness of our Lord. Of all He did for us and continues to do.

I love the choir…sooooo BEAUTIFUL. I wish I could attend a mass given by our Pope.

I’m amazed at his age, and all he does for the Church still! *** :o

I am missing it because I am at work… although I am not very busy as you can tell:D Hopefully they will replay it tonight. I forgot to set it up to record. The Pope does look amazing for his age!

I don’t even have EWTN anymore since I lost my cable and am virtually cut off from the televised world. How I miss watching the Masses in Rome! 😦

Make sure to watch plenty of it for me.

Oh, I’m sorry! EWTN is definitely worth it to have cable. I hope you have a happy Easter!

For those who don’t have cable you can watch EWTN live at any time on their website

ewtn.com/.

I was just going to say the same thing as the above poster: you can always watch anytime online for free!

Get DirecTV. Then you can have EWTN 24/7.

I watched the replay of the Papal Mass last night. It was beautiful. Pope Benedict provides the ideal textbook standard of how to celebrate the Evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper. The feet of 12 men (priests) were washed. The choir sang most of the Mass without the organ. The homily was magnificent and, even though it was a replay, the solemnity and the majest of the Mass transcended the Atlantic.
