The Soul, Ghosts and Science

I was watching a preview of a movie about ghost for some seconds and this movie especulated about scientifical explanation for them.

Many paranormal researchers claim that ghosts or the soul of the desceaded could have a link with the electromagnetic force, and could posibly be traced or detected with EM field detectors.
I was kind of puzzled with all that but then I read a paper about a scientific explanation about how can all this be posible, furthermore it claims that this could explain many mysteries about neuroscience that were unknown until now.

Furthermore people that have had ghost experiences claim that ghost experiences had a relation with electrical devices malfuntioning such as lamps and TVs. I personately have notices that in “a haunted” (a series about dramatizations of paranormal
experiences that is broadcast by discovery channel), diferent people that told their experiences, told that this paranormal experiences had to do with slightly failures and malfuntions on electric devices as well.

Considering the fact that our brain is made of neurons n the info that the neurons have consist of electromagnetic waves, it is very likely that the soul could have some physical link with our counciusness and the brain. That would cerntainly explain the abnormalities in electrical devices that people claim to have when they had a paranormal experience.

There is also another field of science call Quantum Electrodynamics, this branch of science has discovered that there is constantly energy n particles poping in n out of existens. Even in the absolute vaccum there is an ocean of particles n energy coming from the emptyness.
This mystical discovery led many researches to think that this could explain paranormal activity such as ghosts and even an explanations for the miracles of the saints such as levitation and others. but they would have to accept the fact that they were done because of some sort of spiritual experience.

What do you guys think? it is likely that the gap between the understanding of science and religion could be shortened in the future.

all life is energy and vibration. You are a being of energy and ghosts are beings of energy. Their energy is not strong. Yours is. Since everything is energy, it can be measured or known.

If a spirit is around me (which you refer to as a “ghost”) I feel pressure on my chest and it’s hard to breathe. There are cold spots that can be felt when a spirit is present. You can get EVP from spirits, etc.

You have to realize that there is a whole vast spiritual world that you may not be able to see with your physical eyes, but nevertheless is still there. You don’t see the wind, yet you can measure it and see its effect on objects around it.

Even the Lord Jesus referred to the spirit world here:

Do not marvel that I said to you, “You must be born again.” The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from or where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit. (John 3:7-8)

Whether science ends up validating “ghosts” or not really doesn’t matter to us Christians. Jesus talked about them. The Bible talks about them.

By the way, the electrical devices going out is because the spirits take the energy from those devices and gains strength from them. They do the same thing to humans. They use whatever energy source they can to help them do things.

In severe cases, spirits possess a human so that they can continue some existence that’s “normal”.

As far as paranormal investigations and such, I prefer to watch “paranormal state” which comes on A and E. Their experiences and methods are superior than other shows like T.A.P.S. The group will often invoke St. Michael to protect them and the leader seems to have some religious background.

I agree with the fact that there is more than what meets the eye. String theory can tell u stuff like that we are now in 11 real dimensions although we can just see and fell 3 of them. and they can talk bout paralel unvierse and other stuff that is aproved by science.

Though spirtual stuff such as miracles and paranormal stuff happen on this reality so there must be some sort of physical explanation for them.

Some researches also claim that the EM electric fields of the brain could change of frequency or polarity. they say that the mind goes into theta waves just before death, which gives a real
posibility for ghost or something like that.
