Today I noticed in the church the statute has been replaced by another one

is it like priests ? Priests come and go and also nuns

If they are damaged yes. Sometimes a donor donates $$$ in memory of someone and their request for its use is very specific. Could be a number of reasons. This is not something to fret over.
I wouldn’t worry about it.
As long as she’s still represented beautifully, it’s not a big deal. It’s not the statue we honor, it’s Our Lady herself.

Some parishes have some statues that are seasonal and they move them around in order to emphasize the liturgical calendar. I suspect that lots of parishes have statues that are donated throughout the years and they end up with more than they can use, so they rotate them for this reason. Of course they also replace them if they get damaged.
