In The Book of Daniel, a footnote mentions:
Daniel 13, Verses 55-59 The contrast between the mastic tree, which is small, and the majestic oak emphasizes the contradiction between the statements of the two elders.

In Psalm 29, Verse 29 states;
Code:
The voice of the Lord twists the oaks
and strips the forest bare
All in his palace say, “Glory!”

This event is a demonstration of the mighty power of God.

In The Book of Ezekiel, Chapter 18 Verse 24 states:
Code:
And all the trees of the field shall
know that I, the Lord,
Bring low the high tree,
lift high the lowly tree,
Wither up the green tree,
and make the withered tree bloom.

Are the trees of the field the Israelites?
In the NT, “field,” I think, usually denotes the world. From the wording, I was thinking:

And all the people’s of the world shall know that I, the Lord, bring low the proud person, lift high the humble person, whither up Israel, and make the ventricles bloom.

In Psalm 148, it is mentioned:
Code:
Praise the Lord from the earth,...
  You mountains and all hills,
   fruit trees and all cedars

How wonderful that all creation is summoned to praise!!!

Psalm 52, Verse 10 states:
Code:
But I, like an olive tree in the house of God.
trust in God's faithful love forever..
