"The Warning" coming this Good Friday?

Some of you may know that Ron Conte predicts “The Warning” as spoken of my the visionaries at Garabandal, will happen this Good Friday.

Doe anyone have any opinions regarding this? Has anyone heard any other visionaries predicting this as well?

I have no opinion on RC one way or the other, but have seen his website.
 
As far as I know, the visions at Garabandal haven’t been “accepted” by the church as worthy of belief. As far as “The Warning” goes, I don’t see that happening. Even if it were to happen, nobody could predict it. It would be kind of like predicting when Christ would come again.
 
Garabandal is “not supernatural”, i.e., not from God, that is what the Church has judged. Ron Conte has worked very hard studying the prophecies, but unfortunately he doesn’t discern properly between true and false prophecies. There is no approved apparition that says there will be a “Warning” that the whole world will witness, on the contrary…

“While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. But you, brothers, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief.” (1 Thessalonians 5:3)

We are to understand the signs so that we are not in darkness. So only listen to Church approved prophecies, and remember:

“Ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ.” - St. Jerome

I agree. I am familiar with Ron Conte as am also a member of his forum. He is a knowledgeable man, but as with anyone I can’t always agree with someone 100% of the time. His translation, CDPV took time and effort and he should be proud that he did this translation
 
There is a website that lists each apparition and it’s status as far as being approved by the Church. (Unfortunately, I cannot find the URL. Perhaps someone else woulf be so kind as to provide it again here?) I recall that Gatrabandal was “debunked,” so I wouldn’t put too much stock in the alleged prophecies / revelations.

Such predictions are always falsified - they never come true. I guarantee you that nothing will happen: no warning, nothing like that - just 1440 seconds of daytime 🙂 And unlike all the utterances of those armies of “seers”, that is a “prophecy” that will come true 🙂​

For more falsified predictions, read “The Thunder of Justice” :eek: - it contains predictions of disaster for California by 2000. Funny how California is still with us 🙂 Or there is the Bible Code, with Michael Drosnin’s prediction of a nuclear war in 2006. Funny thing that - like all the posters on this site, I was alive through the whole of 2006, & I don’t remember any nuclear war. Maybe Drosnin meant there would be a NW on a parallel Earth. :rolleyes:

Ignore predictions - their only result is to confirm the impression that the skulls of religious people don’t contain anything. False prophets do more damage than any number of atheists & secularists. 😦
