do you feel that a person who isa an active catholic,have the right to go to strip clibs and peep shows and an occasional lady of the evening,because he is single and mentally disabled,and can`t find anyone to go out with?

It will only do harm!
 
Your “rights” are not the issue. It’s what is right and wrong in God’s eye. These are sins, some of them are mortal. You know that, so you should pray, get Priestly counsel, and read the Bible to overcome the desire to do these things.
