Hello, I’m 16 and I just want to know how I should evangelize with my peers. A lot of them are promiscuous and are self - proclaimed atheists. They are interested in drinking and “having a good time”. I desperately want them to be saved and I need your advice as to what I am to do?? Thanks and God Bless

Don’t bother, it won’t work they sound too lary to be serious, wait till they lose their immaturity and then approach them with the gospel.

Hi , I’m 16 too and I understand what you mean , I want my peers to be saved as well and they sound the same as mine ! In today’s secular society there is a whole lot you can do as most people don’t even give god a second though or becuase of there secular background are not open minded enough to understand so if it’s any help my advice would be :

• keep praying

• wait for those " god moments " when occasionally you get the chance or are talking about somthing related slip god in or talk about your point of veiw .

• Don’t try and change them , it doesn’t work but you can try and get them to think differently about there attitude and lifestyle when you get the chance .

• maybe go to a parish youth club if yours has one and invite your friend/s along

Thats all I’ve got really and I hope I have helped so hang in there m8 , your in my prayers .

Chuck

Hey guys I am 15. The points made by Chuck are excellent. Keep the faith!

Well, don’t worry about the things you say, but rather what you do in action: love. They’ll be asking you what makes you different and will want some of that!

Hi. I’m 15, and I can sympathize. Your peers don’t sound mature enough to take the facts and arguments you will present them. They will probably just laugh at you and avoid you. I’m guessing half of them couldn’t put up a good argument for atheism to save their lives, but they just find it easier to be atheists and don’t want to be held morally accountable. You trying to evangelize them now might jeopardize your chances in the future. I’m guessing you’ll have to wait awhile for them to (hopefully) grow more mature and actually have the subject brought up. Keep them in your prayers for now.
God Bless.
