Of the 3 theological virtues love is the most important. But is it faith that helps us to stand against temptation? I know the mass strengthens faith. But love I have also heard helps withstand temptations. If you love god as you should you don’t want to offend him. So which one(s) helps us withstand temptation and obtain beautific vision?

All of them. All the Theological Virtues have their source and end in God, meaning they all come from God and they all bring us back to God. Sin is anything which stands in the way of our relationship with God, any conscious choice on our part which is for a lesser good rather than the Ultimate Good, God himself. So all of the Theological Virtues (which are the ground of all the other virtues) would help us to stand firm against temptation, which would be the inclination or attraction to sin, because all the Theological Virtues point us away from sin and vice and toward God.
