Theology of the Body question

Can anyone recommend a video that I can watch explaining JPII’s Theology of the body? Like maybe a video lecture series from a Catholic university or some other presentation I could watch online?

I’d like to get up to speed on this but have a hard time thoroughly understanding the material (I ordered Love & Responsibility) without supplementing it with some sort of lecture discussion to listen to. I don’t think there’s anything in my area at any local parishes talking about this topic right now.

Any resources I would appreciate it. Thank you so much!!

I don’t know how much TOB you already know, but the Newman Connection Institute has an excellent program…. it doesn’t go into Man and Woman He Created Them specifically, but it is all about TOB. Each video in the series (there are 27 of them I believe) is less than thirty minutes, and Sr Jane Dominic is the teacher. She is incredible!

Ascension Press has several Theology of the Body video series geared towards different age groups:

They are a bit on the pricey side. I think the target customer is parish groups. But you could still buy it for personal use. Or else perhaps talk to your pastor about getting one for a parish-wide study. Then you can watch and discuss the material with a group.
