Just curious if anyone else has ever heard this saying, and what does it mean to you when you see it?

I recently came across it and I thought of it as a spin on the popular saying of “There are good days and bad days”. I think it means that all days are good as what might appear as a bad day is not really bad (e.g. Good Friday). Just curious is anyone has better insight to what this might mean.

My apologies is this is not the correct sub-forum for this topic.

Pax,

John

No, never heard it. Just remember that there can be no Easter without suffering through a Good Friday.
God has us well in His care. 👍

I think it’s just another way of saying “good days and bad days”. i.e. there are good days and then there are days of suffering such as Good Friday.

It just seems like a reminder for Christians that even on bad days, our hope and strength comes from the cross and that what seems bad now, may actually be for a much greater good.

I was on the “Voice of the Martyrs” website
watching videos about Christians in Iraq,
Eritrea and man, the things THEY have to
put up with makes my “bad days” feel like
a walk in the park compared to their’s!!

There’s another saying that I can relate to better: THANK GOD IT’S FRIDAY!!!
