Thinking and mortal sin

Hello today I was on my phone and suddenly I had a thought about doing a mortal sin and immediately I was like stop it and shaking my head but the thought kept staying there. Now I don’t know if I was keeping the thought there or if i wanted to do this mortal sin. I’m really scared right now. Am I in a state of mortal sin

Mortal sin requires 1) grave matter 2) full knowledge, and 3) full consent of the will.
Was there full consent of the will? Doesn’t sound like it.
