There is only one mediator between us and God and thats Jesus Christ. Not Mary Joseph or Issac.
Our dear Lord Jesus Christ gave His Blessed Mother to us at the foot of the Cross.

Have you ever prayed for someone, or asked a friend to pray for an intention you have?

Catholics can ask Mary, Joseph, or other saints in heaven to intercede for them, as well as our friends who are still with us here. They are family to us.

The Church is a nursery for saints, and a hospital for sinners.

The Bishops have the right to abrogate the obligation to attend Mass. That’s why you would have been in mortal sin five weeks ago and aren’t now. They’re not cancelling a commandment; I think what they’e doing is temporarily suspending a discipline.

But I agree with you, what’s happening right now is very confusing. I could name several decisions by my Bishop that have been outright irrational, even by secular standards, and some that are even worse than that. I’m exceedingly grateful I’m not going to be held accountable for these decisions, and even more grateful that I will not be doing the judging.

If your confusion is causing you to stumble, give it to Jesus and let it go. If you’re in pain, give it to Jesus; he will use it, and your pain will ease. And also, if you’re in pain, find other people who are deeply hurting from this. It really helps to talk with someone when you only have to say a few words and they nod, “me too.”

If you find yourself able, pray for our priests. The good ones are hurting more than we are.
