How much do these schools of thought influence Eastern Rite Catholics? My understanding is that the Eastern Orthodox Churches are more inclined to accept the mystery of free will and predestination existing together…but what about Eastern Rite Catholics?

Predestination is not the same as predetermination. Predestination is compatible with free will. Latin and Eastern Catholics accept the same dogmas of faith.
