The old faith vs. works issue again. Which one leads to salvation?

I would again refer you to the scripture from 2 Peter
2 Peter 2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and eovercome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
The problem is one of the heart and the direction we’re leaning in. The atonement can perfect us but not against our wills and if we turn from faith and no longer want part of it, the atonement is not forced upon us.

agreed.

Works help us stay in faith.

John 10
25 Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father’s name, they bear witness of Me. 26 But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you. 27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. 30 I and My Father are one.”
Provided one maintains the state of being a sheep. You can stop being a sheep and start being a goat by your own actions. Yes no one can snatch you from God, but you can remove yourself from God’s grasp.

LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION
HOW MANY WORKS ARE YOU REQUIRED TO DO IN ADDATION TO FAITH TO GAIN SALVATION
WHERE IN THE BIBLE IS THE FORMULA .

THE SHORT ANSWER IS FAITH + NOTHING
PRODS. DO NOT PREACH THAT U SHOULD NOT DO GOODS WORKS ONLY THAT GOODS WORKS ARE THE
RESULT OF SALVATION NOT A PRECONDITION TO SALVATION
You made the assertion. Common courtesy requires an answer unless you are avoiding any discussion or attempt at understanding.

Again, address my questions:

If I am saved, then it doesn’t matter what I do after that?

If I am saved once, then I can sit at home and enjoy my television shows and video games until I die (of course, I’ll work to keep up with the Joneses and pay my utility bills!)?

According to James, Faith + Nothing = Nothing.

Salvation is a contingency based on what you do.

You shall be saved

You will be saved

will and shall are futuritive verb modifiers.

You will note that scripture never ever says “You are saved”

It’s all contingent on what you faith produces.

If it produces nothing, then salvation is not present.

In the book of Revelations of John, Jesus does not give a rat’s butt about your faith. He continuely stresses your works. And his final Judgement statemtent is about works.

How many works? That a strawman argument. I would advise doing a much a you can:

Feed the Hungry.
Quench the Thirsty.
Visit the Imprisoned (Most Protestants fall very short on this one)
Visit the Sick.
Clothe Naked.
Keep the Commandments
And all other Directives and Instructions.
