Can anybody provide information about locations for TLM / EF Masses in or around Philadelphia? My brother recently moved there and I think he would only be comfortable attending a Mass provided by the diocese or the FSSP. Thanks!
Have your brother join the Philadelphia chapter of the Latin Liturgy Association, or at least sign up for email updates of EF masses being celebrated in the area. Here is the contact person/chairman for that chapter:
