We had a prospect and they wanted to pay already on monday, but when i asked to see the contract draft and suggested to add something to be fair on our part as owners, didnt force le them but only to ask, now they arent responding via the broker anymore. Pls pray we can find a good tenant soon as the furnishings require a big expenses, and we already bought some of the appliances. Thank you.

As a former landord, I understand the importance of
good tenants. Prayers that a responsible tenant or
tenants apply who will take care of your property and
be responsible as far as paying rent on time.
