To understand women

Prayers for the Lord to help me understand women. I didn’t grow up in healthy environment So I struggle with understanding women especially during dating. I need God wisdom and grace
 
Way of the Cross and meditating on the interactions between Christ and Womwn.
 
A man was walking on the beach when he saw a bottle. He popped the cork and out jumped a Genie. The genie offered the man one wish. The man asked for a bridge to be built from the main land to Hawaii. The genie said that the man had asked for an impossible task. How much concrete would be needed. How high would the bridge have to be in order for ships to go under it in high tide. So he asked the man to make another wish.

The man thought for a while and then he asked for the power to understand women - how they thought, what they thought etc. The genie thought for a while and then he said: “That bridge. Did you want two lanes or four”
 
Dear Jesus and Blessed Mother Mary, Please open the heart and mind of TrueFaithSeeker so that he better understands the women he meets and is able to communicate with them. Help him to always be kind and upright in his interactions with women. Guide him to find the right women to help him gain the knowledge he needs. Give him patience to accept the things he might not understand. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

(From a practical advice perspective, if there’s something you don’t understand in your interaction with a woman, you might ask the lady to explain it…if she isn’t able or willing to do that, perhaps find another lady to talk to. True understanding comes from good communication, and not all women are exactly alike.)

I agree that our Lord Jesus Christ and His Blessed Mother is a great resource!

Understanding, Wisdom, and any and every gift of the Holy Spirit, along with an extra helping of Courage to do what is right and to lead.
You are in my prayers.

One of my greatest gifts the Lord has given me in this life is a kind and understanding man who is helping me get to Heaven.

It may help if you don’t think of women as some homogeneous group with a single set of characteristics you can understand.

Women are people, each one is unique. Just focus on being yourself, being kind and listening. Good relationships are built on friendships, and you can become friends with women without worrying about whether it’s going to end up being romantic. If that is meant to be, it will.

Imagine a locker with a combination lock. You don’t know the combination, so you have to invest time to figure it out. Now imagine the combination changes at irregular intervals without warning. Now imagine that what you find inside the locker will almost never be the same twice.

I’ve been married fourteen years, and this is all I understand about women.

I think that should be extended to all people, men and women alike. I mean, I’m a woman, and I confuse myself! St. Catherine, St. Lucy, St. Agnes, St. Agatha, St. Bernadette, St. Maria, Bl. Chiara, pray for us! Amen.
