Today would have been Marilyn Monroe’s 91st birthday.

Yesterday was Clint Eastwood’s 87th birthday.

I didn’t realize they were so close in age. She’s been gone so long.

May she rest in peace. I have been watching a few of her movies today. I am sorry she had so many troubles. I was 10 years old when she died and remember hearing the
news and being sad. I think I had seen a couple of her musicals by that age.
Of course, since then I have seen all of her movies and although she was difficult on the set and had her issues, she left her mark in Hollywood.
My regret is that she could not find peace in her life.
