I made up this song for my kids to pray. Sung to “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star”

Lord let everything I do
be an act of love for You
I love You so much each day
That is why I want to say

For my 3 yr old while learning the sign of the cross

“From my head to my heart (in the name of the Father and the Son)…
Shoulder to shoulder (and the Holy Spirit)…
I belong to God” (Amen)

He loves this so much the rest of the family have to be quiet while he leads grace (!) then we join in with “In the name of…”

I didn’t make this one up I picked it up somewhere, maybe here on CAF :o ?

My 17 month old will love these when she gets a little bigger… for now, we’re enjoying watching her douse the top of her head with holy water from the baptismal font at Mass. 😃 She’s got the “In the name of the Father” part down… 😉
 
I love this… Thank you so much… my 5 y/o DD will surely be singing this around the house!
