Jesus said for those who are well they do not need a physician, but the sick of body and spirit do- He is the ultimate physician. However, he cannot heal what ails you if you do not approach him.
👍 Clearly you are avoiding the medicine that could cure, and the hospital that has the means to cure what ails you. Go to Mass, concentrate on the crucifix, not on your own anger, and you will calm down. I think that if this anger is recurring frequently, that maybe you should seek counseling to find its source.

Ever been too angry to go to Mass? I woke up this morning in a mood that increased as the minutes passed. I skipped Mass because of it, but now feel guilty. I didn’t go because I thought it would be disrespectful to go to Mass so angry.
I have felt that way before. I had called on the Blessed Virgin Mary and asked her for a little bit of the strength she had while standing by her Son while he was being crusified. I prayed to her like never before. Before long I felt a calming peace overcome me and I felt so much better.👍

The prayer to St. Michael the Archangel is helpful with anger and also fear. Because actually, you are doing battle with the enemy who is trying to wreak havoc in your soul.

Perhaps it is a ploy of the evil one to get you to refrain from going to Mass. Offer up your anger to God and see if you can go to a later Mass. If I could not identify why I was angry, then I would be suspicious of the source. This has happened to me many time. I woke up angry for no apparent reason. I offered it up to God and by the time I got to the Church the anger was gone.
This is a great answer. I have fallen in this way, so I now watch for it. Also, watch for “I just don’t feel good”. it’s a tricky one as well…
