Took my cat to the vet today

my cat has not been touching her food hardly at all since the last 4 days:( she lost over a pound in weight:( the white cell count is really high and so are the neutrophils:( he told us that he did a preliminary ultra sound and her liver looks off. so we take her back for a ultra sound on tuesday and rule out whether she has cancer of the liver or lymphoma. my husband is devastated and iam bummed:(

i want to ask you to please pray for my cat. whether it be good or bad, please pray for my cat. thanks.
 
I hope that your cat gets well soon. I lost two of my cats within seven weeks of each other, and I’m still recovering. One from kidney failure on May 5th, 2007 and the other on June 17th, 2007.The vet couldn’t find a reason why my second cat stopped eating. He died so suddenly that we’re still reeling. I’ll pray to St. Francis that your kitty recovers.

I wonder if the second was just heartsick for its companion kitty.

I pray for God’s comfort on those facing a pet’s illness or death.
 
I lost my dear kitty in March–and I’m sure that her little kitty prayers from heaven are joining my prayers for you and your kitty. God bless.
 
we took our cat back in. she was not doing well. we had her put down tonight and my husband is devastated. iam really sad, but i cannot see an animal suffer, and as devastated as my husband is, he agreed. its hard you know. it really is. God bless you for all your prayers. we appreciate it.

i appreciate all your prayers. we both are overwhelmed by all the support we have received. pets really make a difference in peoples lives. they are great companions. they are loving, loyal, and all around fine companions. it was a pleasure for us to be the owners of our cat. she brought us many happy years.👍 🙂

I am so sorry for your loss. Animal lovers ourselves, my husband and I both know the pain you are going through right now.

My prayers are with you also. I love my kitty and know what it’s like to have a sick kitty.

They are such sweet and loving babies.
 
I’m so sorry. I have a beautiful cat named Lily and she is so sweet and loving. She got very sick a couple of years ago, and I thought she’d die, but she recovered thank God.

We do get attached to our pets. Our priest had to have his dog put to sleep on Good Friday. He was so upset - but now he has another dog and she’s a beauty.
 
Heavenly Father,

Please touch Lily’s human parents with your divine peace. Let them remember Lily with great joy and affection. Bring them comfort in this time of loss.
