Hello,
This is an attempt to create a nice scripture related resource for the forum - we’ll see how it flies.
Please share your top ten Bible blogs in any order. Actually share whatever number blogs you have - ten just seems a handy number to start with. If it’s only five fine. If it’s only one, fine. These would be blogs concerned primarily with scripture study, scripture interpretation, personal insights from scripture… you get the point - all about scripture.
There’s a bazillion blogs in the blogosphere. This thread may become a nice quick resource for some to find an interesting and useful scripture blog.
Examples of what not to include might be JimmyAkin.org. While a very committed and learned individual, his blog seldom focuses directly on reading, meditating, reflecting on scripture passages. And no slight to Mr. Akin, if this was a ‘top ten Catholic current events blog’ list he would be tops.
Also, please indicate what it is that makes this blog interesting to you, i.e. explores Hebrew text, relates to everyday life, written for working mothers, frequent reference to Early Church Fathers, written by a monk, etc.
Most important! Include the link or address.
