Total Consecration - Did I mess up?

I’m in the process of being consecrated to Jesus through Mary, via St. Louis de Montfort’s method. However, I think I screwed up my days, and I’m wondering if all is lost as a result.

My 12-day prep period began April 10, and my consecration day is May 13. Today, I said Day 24 of the prayers, and when I count ahead the days remaining, my 33rd day AND my consecration day both land on May 13. Is this wrong? Did I skip ahead a day? (numbers and math and counting are not my strong suit).

Is the consecration prayer a totally separate day from the previous preparatory prayers? I’m so confused.

I’m sure Mary is not as O.C.D. as I am about these things, and will accept my intention of consecration nevertheless. However I AM O.C.D (lol) and would just like some guidance on this matter. Thanks!

Today, May 4th, is day 25.

The 33rd day is supposed to land on the day before your intended consecration.

There is no need to do any preparation at all, and so of course you didn’t mess up anything in terms of “losing” something.

That is correct. In devotion to Our Lady of Fatima.

The other poster was correct when they said that the 33 days are before the Consecration Day.

You should be on Day 25, today.

There are websites with the payers for each day.

If you have a calender on your computer then you can count the days.

There is a solution.

1. You skipped a day. So try and remember which day you skipped and say the prayers for that day and/OR tell God you missed a day and just carry on, for day 25, today.

The point is that you are trying.

Just keep going from where you need to be. If you did Day 24 specifics today, then maybe this evening do Day 25 (for today).
