Does anyone know of a compilation of Catholic organizations that are traditional and obedient to the Pope? If not, could you help me to make one?
By traditional I mean people who would come under the care of the Ecclesia Dei Commission, i.e. those who prefer to attend the EF. That is the defining characteristic, but it tends to be accompanied by others. For example, there is a tendency to adopt practices no longer required by Canon law as devotional practices, such as method of fasting and women wearing head-coverings. There are also characteristic theological concerns over perceived contradictions between recent and older Church teachings.
The PCED has the task of helping those who are obedient to the Magisterium to achieve their rightful aspirations. The PCED also works toward reconciliation with those who are not obedient. This “obedient or not” seems like a good way to analyze the situation as I am trying to get my head around it.
Some groups like FSSP are pretty well known, but I am hoping to find out about less well known ones too.
