I’ve ordered a few things from FforFrank in the past. If you are picky, and on a budget, you can get good quality, (not great) but well made vestments. I have given sets to a few priests who now celebrate the EF. They are exceptional as starter sets for a parish, and do add to the liturgy. I also had him make a replacement luna for a monstrance I picked up that was missing the original. I was very pleased with it. Some day, when I have the money I’ll get it fitted with real crystal, rather than just glass, but for the time being the poor parish that has it is able to have exposition and benediction which they could not do in the solemn rite, but only simple previously.
Well I’ll try and search my brain, aside from some individuals who do a good job, and are moderatly priced, (some sede, and others SSPX adherents) I can’t seem to recall. If however you find youself in Paris, go to the Marche aux Puces, at St. Ouen, there are usually multiple sets, many complete and in good condition. Religious goods stores and St. Vincent de Paul Thrift shops (if you get in good with the people who run them) are also good places. Since I send traditional books, vestments and other items to missions they sometimes save them for me, and charge me less than they would normally. I have found a few chalices and ciboriae as well as old breviaries at non-catholic thrift shops too.
