Hello All,
I am a 16 year old boy who attends a public school and serves twice weekly at a TLM with the ICKSP (or at least I was before the virus). I am set on entering seminary/entering the religious life right after I graduate high school (I am a good student, but at a public school, so all religious education has been with my Canon and on my own through Missals, Bibles, Catechisms, and the writings of Saints). I am considering applications to the International Seminary of the ICKSP, the U.S. Seminary of the FSSP (though I think they prefer applicants with college degrees), the U.S. Seminary of the SSPX, the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius, and perhaps even the Capuchin Friars if I could find a formation house that teaches the EF. I was wondering if anyone here had experience applying to the seminaries/formation houses of any of these groups, and if so, could you shed some light on that process and/or your life there if you were accepted?
Frater Tuus in Christo,
