I’ve heard talk of a traditional “Jesus prayer” that can be said at three o’clock. Does anybody know what this is?

The Divine Mercy chaplet is encouraged at 3pm.

The 3 o’clock hour is a time to pray in honor of the Hour of Great Mercy when Jesus died on the cross.
At. 3 o’clock, if duties don’t allow you to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, at least say some brief prayer and unite yourself to the Crucified Savior.
Suggested: O Blood and Water which gushed forth from the heart of Jesus as a Fountain of Mercy for us, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
Praying at 3pm has its roots in the Bible where Peter and John go to the temple at that hour for prayer (Acts 3:1; if I’m not mistaken, one of the Old Testament prophets received a vision during that prayer time).

This prayer for mercy is specifically called the “Jesus Prayer”:
“Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.”
I think it would be another fine way to remember God’s mercy at 3PM. It is a variation on the prayer of the publican in Luke 18:13:
"But the tax collector stood off at a distance and would not even raise his eyes to heaven but beat his breast and prayed, ‘O God, be merciful to me a sinner.’ "
