Why is it not possible? Why is it only limited to the Eucharist?
The particular way that Christ comes to us in the Eucharist is limited to the Eucharist itself.

Surely, Christ does come, and is present among us in many other ways.

Think of it this way, if I say that my brother came to my house for coffee, that’s in no way implying that he doesn’t visit for other reasons. Likewise, saying that Christ comes to us in a special way in Communion, does not mean that it’s the only way He comes, or the only way that we invoke HIm.
