Hyannis, MA – The trial begins next month in the case of abortion practitioner Rapin Osathanondh, who has been charged with manslaughter after killing one of his patients in a botched legal abortion. Osathanondh did the abortion on 22-year-old Laura Smith, who died in September 2007 at his Women’s Health Center abortion business.

Perhaps he should use theAnn Coulter defense. He did not kill her -he was just performing an abortion in the 244th trimester
 
Using the word “woman” is emotive; it would be more accurate to say homo sapien… That and “manslaughter” sounds much worse than “accidental termination”…

We can only pray for both the individuals who have died; and for the realisation of truth for all those involved; including the person perfoming the abortion.
