Does anyone know of a Tridentine Latin Mass offered on Sunday in the Springfield Illinois Area. Peoria or Champaign or Jacksonville would be fine too. I have to travel there in 6 weeks. Thanks for any responses
Please look for somewhere the extraordinary form of the Roman rite is celebrated in a Catholic Church …(not SSPX …until they are back with the Church at least) call your local Catholic Diocese or Monastery.I don’t know about the indult mass, but there is a SSPX church in St Louis. Don’t know how far you are willing to drive but I don’t think Springfield is that far from St Louis.

Stick with The Extraordinary Form…the use as approved by Pope Benedict XVI…not SSPX.SSPX would be fine . St Louis is about 90 minutes from Springfield I was trying to keep it under an hour - Peoria is about 45 minutes. Thanks to all who answered - But I really am looking only for the Tridentine Latin Mass of Pope St Pius the V If worse comes to worse St louis it will be. I was trying to avoid making that drive. I too have resources for Tridentine Latin Masses but there doesnt appear to be anything in that area. Thanks
