There was at least one and possibly several Traditional Marriage ceremonies and Masses in San Diego last year. I would suggest you contact the Traditional Mass Society of San Diego and they could provide the particulars for you. Here is their link mailing address and e-mail

For info, they offer both a Low and a High Mass on Sundays at the Holy Cross Chapel at Holy Cross Cemetary at 7:30am and 9:00am respectively. . If you plan on going arrive early as both get packed. There is also usually a rosary said between the two.

They also offer a daily Traditional Mass at Sant Annes Church at 12:00noon. It is located at the corner of Irving and Sicard Streets.

The Masses are all very well done and very well attended. As a side note San Diego was one of the first that offered the Indult.

We considered this but it was before SP (3 years ago).

Just one note. In the traditional Mass, the marriage is conducted before Mass, and then Mass proceeds.

So the Mass probably would look like any other TLM.

I attend our Diocesan approved Latin mass community run by Christ the King Sovereign priest. They do the Tridentine nuptial and Requiem masses and do maintain two churchs in Oakland, and Santa Clara. Here is a link to their website. institute-christ-king.org/home/ here is also a link to the Coalition of Ecclesia Dei ecclesiadei.org/ they are instrumental in spreading the Tridentine rite, they have literature and videos you can purchase, but I don’t know if they would have a nuptial Tridentine mass. I have been attending the Tridentine for 25 years now, and its simply the most beautiful thing this side of heaven. Good luck on your marriage and finding a mass.
