As a Catholic, it should be enough for you that the Church teaches that it’s a Mortal Sin.Show me studies that say there are wrong things with masturbation and I will think on it. Porn is hard only because it has changed so much in the past two decades or so. I can go look up say Rebecca Love and see she is doing quite well for herself because of having to do porn. Heck people I follow on Snapchat doing porn are doing very well. Exercising, living a life of travel, and are normal people. It is this demonization that, to me, is more the problem.
Oh and I am not bashing the OP. I was just asking where the organization got their information. If the OP wants to “quit” masturbation okay.
Everytime, I give into the sin of maturbation I feel empty, shallow, and weak. It’s an addiction. And so is Porn. I feel the loss of Grace when I commit these sins, but I also know that I’ve given into my addiction.
