Yes, it is an LDS painting. It seems to be very popular. Lots of people have used it without knowing where it comes from. I am not quite sure at the moment where the original painting is. Perhaps other LDS here can remind me. But if I am not mistaken it is from a wall painting in one of the LDS Temples. The whole picture depicts Jesus at the time of the general resurrection of all mankind for the final judgenent. The rest pf the picture has been cropped and only the image of Jesus is left.
