Hello All,
I am Actively saught out at work for “Evangelisation”, me being the heathen Catholic and all. Anyway, I am in an open dialogue with a woman, who goes to a local non-denomational church. I am not sure how deep anything I say will sink and am kind of a dead end with her ( I think it may be more of a wits end though), because she brings up verses and seems to have a wierd idea of them.
Then a couple of days ago she kinda dropped a bomb on me. It goes back to a book I read as a teen ( from the public library) about UFO’s and something I had considered. A kind of slap in the face from my past. In Ezekiel’s vision (Ez 1) he writes about God’s coming and goings, the Angels, and all the other parts of the vision. She says that she believes that the “vehicle” that God approaches on is a UFO or spaceship and that the angels are aliens.
I tried to give it a go on explaining what the inhabitants of heaven were and what their jobs are and how God might “get around”, but I don’t think that I got anywhere. She pretty much stuck-to-her-guns. Is there anything else I could say about this? I am always unsure of myself in these types of talks that I may have just fowled the whole thing up. Any help would be appreciated.
God Bless You All,
Matthew
