How does one prove they are alive, when they have no laws protecting them as human?

this reminds me of the when the native americans had to prove they were human.

Rather they should prove to us they are not alive, humans or worthy of protection.

Biologically, a cell is alive if it is splitting and and subdividing. That biological action shows life. The human egg begins to split and subdivide at the 4th hour following conception.
The fact that the cell in within a human female, and a human female has yet to give birth to anything other than the human species shows that the subdividing cell is a “human” cell destined to become a “human being”.
Therefore on the pure biological plane, life begins four hours after conception for the human species. The heart is dedectible I believe in the 8th day - but research that one to be sure.
The real stumper is when they raise the silly question of, yeah, but when is it a “real person”. So use the “subtract backwards model”: and start working backwards, are you a 'real person" if you lose one arm?, 2 arms?, an eye, 2 eys, both legs, at what point do you stop becoming a “real person” if you are breathing and have cells that are subdividing. Never ! Therefore, moving forward, when the cell subdivides on the 4th hour, that is a biological “real person”.

Then they will use their “nuclear option” of yeah, but when does it have a soul. Theoretically you can use the “subtract backwards” model for the soul as well, but you need to start from where they are: Ask them, when do you declare the soul arrives? Then ask Why? Whatever they answer, ask Why? Make them defend their position with reason that circumvents the “subtract backwards” model. When they cannot validate their position with any reason of forethought, then simly leave them with their own doubt by declaring that “Isn’t it possible that if the cell is subdividing inside a women, and the heart is beating after 8 days, that God has already implanted a soul within that little child?” You do not have to win with their saying yes, it is enough for them to hear the arguement and then leave them to the Holy Spirit.

it’s really ez to understand that one, it’s too sad most don’t understand this.

You plant a seed, the seed itself is nothing but matter, can be used for grinding into grain for bread, once it’s planted, it now takes root, becoming a living thing. What point do you say it’s alive, the moment it reaches the soil and given conditions to grow within it. As the church says, in other words, the point of conception.
