Could unfallen men – Adam, Eve, their unfallen progeny (hypothetically or really) – commit minor sins? Of course we know that they (or some of them) eventually committed horrific sin, resulting in the Fall, but before that point, could they sin in little things that would not result in a Fall? And what would be the consequences, if any? Perhaps their special gifts would deteriorate slightly, to be restored later by acts of virtue?

Hypthetically, I guess they could because they had free will but, of course, this didn’t happen. It seems they had to be tempted to commit sin of any kind because, apart from Satan, there was nothing to cause them to sin.
