I don’t find it especially logical that because a particular UN organization performs objectionable actions, we should therefore be opposed to, say, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.

Perhaps not, but the is the U.N. itself going before the tribunal? The U.N. owns actions (or, more properly, inactions) in Rwanda were themselves criminal. Is Kofi Anaan (spelling?) himself going to be put on the stand to answer for his own failures there?

Let’s face it: Any good the U.N. does (and there is some good) is not worth the enormous amount of outright evil, corruption, and incomptence of the organization.

The U.N.'s body politic is diseased.
