University of Wisconsin Student Govt Leader Vandalizes Pro-Life Display

:mad: Madison, WI – A University of Wisconsin Stevens Point student government leader is coming under fire for allegedly trashing a pro-life display on campus. Student senator Roderick King is said to have vandalized a display featuring crosses erected by the campus pro-life group to memorialize those babies killed in abortions.

I always find vandalism a deplorable act, regardless of the motivations behind it. Christians have first amendment rights as well and have every right to voice their views.

Roderick is mad because he is a flamer. And the chick knocking down the crosses? She is ticked because someone dropped a house on her sister.

Yes, the vandalism was childish, likely a crime, and certainly irresponsible. A student leader should have better tactics than the behavior in which he engaged.
 
As a college student, I happened to catch red-handed a fellow student pulling down a pro-life poster that I had just put up a few minutes earlier. She already had it off the wall and was holding it in her hands reading it. I said, “When you’re done reading that, could you please put it back up? I spent a lot of time hanging those up.” Then I got to watch her put it back on the wall.

I love how some enlightened liberals have no problem censoring those with whom they disagree.

It seems they are all in favor of free speech, so long as it does not disagree with their views.

As it always is. The time has come for us to stand up for our rights, as we see them. Time to fight fire with fire, or it is us, who will be burned up.
 
I hope this so called student government “leader” is severely punished for his evil actions! :mad:
 
People like this just so seriously disgust me it isn’t even funny. I tell you one thing, if I had to meet up with one of these people, I’d leave the meet up in a state of mortal sin because I guarantee that I would not be charitable. I know that is sad to say but such people just infuriate me so badly that I know I wouldn’t be able to control my temper around such a sick and twisted person.

This is where we have to opportunity to grow in grace. Simply tell that person you will keep then in earnest prayer and walk off. Many times they will say they don’t want your prayers. My response in those situations is “All the more reason to keep you in prayer”. and then walk off. Believe me it is at times much more easy to say than to do. But do it. You will be better for it.

This currency of “free speech” is slanted so far to the Left, and set by the world bank of the relativist socialist ideological agendists’, that the Right are afraid to use their last remaining pesos for fear of being bankrupted all together.

Yet why is any of this a surprise to anyone – it is foretold as the birth pangs….!

I agree. Someone should have been in that guys face. I know I would have. He should have been made to stop what he was doing. We are getting our butts handed to us because we must be (pc) polite. Well, soak it up. Pushovers always get their butts handed to them. Don’t we have a spine, for crying outloud?
