I’m sorry if this seems like a strange request, but I feel I need to do it.
I was on this Internet chat site, and was approached by an anonymous user who “needed someone to talk to” because “really terrible things were happening and she felt very upset”. I agreed, and she started telling this long story. (I don’t know gender, but it sounded like a girl, and I’ll just say “her”.) So, she was saying how she was taking these medications, was having bad side effects from them; had depression and agoraphobia, and was unable to go to school… And then, unfortunately, just when she had (I think) almost finished her story, and before I was able to say more than a few words, my Internet connection went down and our conversation was lost.
Now it was just this thing on a chat site, and I suppose it could have all been some sort of elaborate joke. But it seemed quite sincere to me, and I think we ought to pray for whoever it was.
